PSYCH-K® goes beyond affirmations, willpower, and positive thinking. Instead of constantly reading, reciting affirmations, making resolutions, and putting continuous effort into changing behavior, PSYCH-K ® addresses the issue at the root cause – the underlying belief. Since our beliefs ultimately determine our behaviors, the most effective way to change a behavior is to change the belief that supports it.

I have a wonderful story to share, a friend of mine had an incredibly debilitating fear flying – so bad that she would have anxiety attacks in advance of having to fly and then when on the plane she would have panic attacks / vomit / pass out / lose all bodily functions – even before the plane taking off. We did one Psych-K session where the fear of flying was only a part of the work done that time. And then she flew – with some anxiety prior – but no incident whilst on the plane!
We did one more short session before she had to fly back, and that flight – is here was no anxiety and no other incidents through the flight! She is so keen to fly now that she booked a flight interstate next month!!
Amazing outcome for her – she is so happy! And told me that Psych-K is so much better that hypnotherapy  Continue to love the possibilities with Psych-K

Forgiveness

Forgiveness is important to us in that we may sometimes be holding onto wrongs that have been done to us and in so doing causing ourselves harm in various ways such as internal stress, resentment, hatred etc leading to emotional and physical dis-ease.
By enabling ourselves to forgive it does not mean that we are condoning the bad behaviour of others or allowing people to walk all over us but releasing ourselves from the damage that it is doing to ourselves.
The old adage of drinking poison and hoping one’s enemy will die is very poignant. If we are harbouring negative emotions towards someone else these emotions will be eating us up inside and the object of our negativity will be totally unharmed.
Positive thinking will let you do everything better than negative thinking will.
